青岛化工学院、淄博恒兴化工厂、齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂共同研制的CO纳米级钯助燃剂经过齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂催化裂化装置1年多的使用,各项性能指标均达到设计要求,日前通过专家验收。与传统的CO钯助燃剂相比,采用纳米钯助燃剂,一是可将炉温升至740℃以上,催化剂表面的积碳得到充分燃烧;二是延长催化剂的使用寿命;三是缩短燃烧时间,节省燃油。另一方面,由于生产过程不产生废水,有效地避免了重金属的环境污染。
