目的研究兴安白芷Angelica dahurica脂溶性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、HPLC等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果从兴安白芷脂溶性部位分离得到40个化合物,分别鉴定为异欧前胡素(1)、补骨脂素(2)、香柑内酯(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、欧前胡素(5)、珊瑚菜内酯(6)、花椒毒素(7)、异茴芹素(8)、去氢柳叶白姜花内酯(9)、异氧化前胡素(10)、氧化前胡素(11)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(12)、伞形花内酯(13)、花椒毒酚(14)、5-羟基-8-甲氧基补骨脂素(15)、对羟基苯乙醇-反式阿魏酰酯(16)、牧草栓翅芹酮(17)、异白当归脑(18)、白芷属素(19)、二氢欧山芹醇(20)、异栓翅芹醇(21)、栓翅芹烯醇(22)、比克白芷素乙醚(23)、新白当归脑(24)、氧化前胡素甲醚(25)、异东莨菪内酯(26)、1′,2′-去氢印枳苷元(27)、当归醇A(28)、当归醇E(29)、叔-O-甲基独活属醇(30)、印枳苷元(31)、兴安白芷醇(8-[(2′R)-2′,3′-二羟基-3′-甲基丁氧基]香柑醇,32)、水合氧化前胡素(33)、独活属醇(34)、白当归素(35)、当归醇L(36)、当归醇G(37)、反式松柏醛(38)、香草酸(39)、反式阿魏酸(40)。结论化合物32为新天然产物,命名为兴安白芷醇。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the liposoluble part of Angelica dahurica in Angelica dahurica. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC column chromatography. Their structures were identified by their spectral data. Results Forty compounds were isolated from the lipophilic part of Angelica An., And were identified as isoimperatorin (1), psoralen (2), citronellin (3), β-sitosterol (5), coral lactone (6), pricklyashin (7), anisoflavone (8), dehydrobufalone (9), isoxaban (10) (11), dibutyl phthalate (12), umbelliferone (13), pricklyashin (14), 5-hydroxy-8-methoxy psoralen 15), p-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol-trans ferulate (16), forsythin (17), Angelica keiskei (18), Angelica (19) (23), Angelica sinensis (24), anteriorisin (25), iso-scopoletin (26) ), 1 ’, 2’-deprotonin (27), Angelica alcohol A (28), Angelica alcohol E (29) 31), aloe veratriol (8 - [(2’R) -2 ’, 3’-dihydroxy-3’-methylbutyloxy] (34), white Angelica (35), angelica alcohol L (36), angelica alcohol G (37 ), Trans-cypress aldehyde (38), vanillic acid (39), trans-ferulic acid (40). Conclusion Compound 32 is a new natural product, named as aloe vera.
