本文就如何提高CG-1A型冷原子吸收测汞仪的灵敏度提出了一些建议.通过改进气路连接以稳定I_0;对影响吸收池内汞蒸汽瞬时浓度的因素;振摇时间、测定体积、气液比、载气流速等作了条件试验,并确定了最佳测定条件,使灵敏度提高1~2个数量级.最低检出浓度达0.025μg/L(即0.025ppb).为提高该仪器测量精密度和准确度,就仪器的正确使用、峰值的测量、标准的处理及标准曲线的制作、室温的影响、氧化剂的选择等作了条件和对照试验,并提出了应注意的事项.
