我省对炼铁生产坚持进行以精料为中心的全面技术改造,在精料、风温等六个方面取得了显著成果,已成为江苏炼铁焦比大幅度下降的主要原因之一。当前全省炼铁生产存在的主要问题仍然是熟料率低,熟料质量差,风温水平不高。调整期间仍然需要继续对炼铁进行技术改造。应该立足现有基础,积极采用本省积累下来的行之有效的经验和国内外先进技术,认真开展以挖掘烧结生产潜力,增加烧结矿产量、提高烧结矿质量和热风温度为中心的炼铁技术改造工作。努力创造新的技术储备,重点抓好原料中和混匀和高炉喷吹烟煤的试点和推广。
In our province, the iron and steel production has insisted on carrying out comprehensive technical reform centered on concentrate, and achieved remarkable results in six aspects such as fine material and air temperature, which has become one of the major reasons for the substantial decrease of iron-making coke ratio in Jiangsu. At present, the main problems existing in the ironmaking production in the whole province are still the low rate of clinker, the poor quality of clinker and the low level of air temperature. Adjustment still need to continue to iron and steel for technological transformation. Based on the existing foundation, we should actively adopt the effective experience accumulated in our province and advanced technologies both at home and abroad, conscientiously carry out technological transformation of iron making centering on the potential of sinter production, increasing the output of sinter ore, improving sinter quality and hot air temperature jobs. Efforts to create a new technical reserves, focusing on raw materials and mixing and blast furnace injection of bituminous coal pilot and promotion.
