最近,笔者到文成县的双溪、汇溪、东龙、岭后等七个贫困乡,同十二位乡正副书记、乡长进行了座谈。在交谈中,他们诉说了在贫困乡工作的苦衷。概括起来是“十多十难”。一、冷落偏见多,评论公证难。上级领导到贫困乡蹲点少、过问少、指导少、倾听汇报少,客观上难以接近领导,致使贫困乡的工作,在领导心中排不上位置。有些领导热衷于听汇报。汇报多、好言多、工作表扬多;汇报少、好言少、成绩自然少;有的领导作风不深入,凭印象表态,对我们已尽最大努力干得较好的工作不肯定。反而吹毛求
