黑翅土白蚁不仅是水库堤坝的大隐患,且还咬断地下电缆,破坏杉树、板栗等农林作物,其危害的隐避性和严重性是惊人的。放射性同位素碘~(131)应用家白蚁,已于1976年有报道,但黑翅土白蚁则是一种土栖性白蚁,一般成年巢。主巢覆土深度达100厘米以上,与家白蚁栖息习性不同,因此能否适用于黑翅土白蚁值得试验。我们利用放射性同位素碘~(131)标记黑翅土白蚁试验,初步查明了它的分飞活动规律,这对于判断主巢位置和提高防治效果同样是有意义的。
Black-winged termites are not only the major hidden dangers of the reservoir dams, but also sever the underground cables and destroy the crops such as cedar and chestnut. The hidden dangers and seriousness of the termites are staggering. Radioisotope iodine ~ (131) application termites, has been reported in 1976, but the black-winged termites are a kind of habitat termites, adult nests. Main nest soil depth of 100 cm or more, and the habitat of home termites are different, so whether it is suitable for black-winged termites worth testing. We use the radioactive isotope iodine (131) labeled black-winged termites test initially identified its activities of sub-fly activity, which is to determine the location of the main nest and improve the control effect is also meaningful.
