威廉斯从美国实用主义哲学传统出发建构其诗学观,并在自己的诗歌创作中加以实践。本文认为威廉斯坚持实用主义的反理性和反智性倾向,坚持知识的实用性,并以人为中心对此予以验证;他把语言行为、认知和审美活动视作动态的过程;他融现实与想象、主观与客观于一体,在尊重物体的物性的同时并未泯灭主体意识。威廉斯的实用主义诗学观反映了现象学的思想。
From the tradition of American pragmatism, Williams constructs his poetics and practices it in his own poem creation. This article holds that Williams insists on pragmatism’s anti-rational and anti-intellectual tendencies, insists on the practicability of knowledge and verifies it with people as the center. He regards linguistic behavior, cognition and aesthetic activities as a dynamic process. And the imagination, subjective and objective in one, while respecting the physical properties of the object did not destroy the subjective consciousness. Williams’s pragmatic poetics reflects phenomenological thinking.
