采用5kW CO_2激光器对采油机油泵泵叶表面按适当的方式和辐照参数进行表面激光处理,使其表面得到强化,耐磨、耐腐性得到提高,使用寿命成倍增加。目前油泵泵叶激光强化处理已在某油泵厂工业生产中作为定型工艺,获得显著的经济效益与社会效益。本文仅就45~#铸钢和HT20-40铸铁两种材质的泵叶激光表面强化处理工艺及其组织结构,耐腐蚀性能和工况服役状况作一报道,并讨论了它们相互影响。

This article only 45 ~ # cast steel and HT20-40 cast iron two kinds of materials pump laser surface hardening process and its organizational structure, corrosion resistance and service conditions made a report, and discussed their interaction.
