目的:探讨个性化护理模式对提高患者满意度的作用。方法:研究选取了2014年3月~2016年3月一年中120例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组含样本60例。研究过程中,予以观察组患者个性化护理服务,予以对照组患者常规护理服务,其后将两组患者的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组满意度为96.7%;对照组满意度为88.3%,观察组的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理过程中,个性化护理模式的应用不仅可以帮助患者减轻治疗中的痛苦,提高患者治疗的依从性,从而提高治疗的效果,最终提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of personalized nursing model on improving patient satisfaction. Methods: A total of 120 rheumatoid arthritis patients from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 samples in each group. During the study, individualized nursing service was observed in the observation group, routine nursing service was given to the control group patients, and then the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. Results: The satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%. The satisfaction of the control group was 88.3%. The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical nursing process, the application of personalized nursing model can not only help patients to alleviate the pain in treatment, improve the compliance of patients’ treatment, so as to improve the treatment effect and finally improve patient satisfaction.
