测定了43例原发性高血压病人及10例正常血压健康人的红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活力。采用渗低溶血,高速离心洗涤沉淀法制备红细胞膜制剂,以乌本苷作为酶的专一抑制剂测得酶活力。发现原发性高血压病人川芎治疗组与未用川芎治疗组的红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活力差别不显著,但与健康对照组比较则治疗及未治疗两级酶活力均显著降低。
The activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane was measured in 43 patients with essential hypertension and 10 healthy people with normal blood pressure. The erythrocyte membrane preparation was prepared by osmotic infiltration, high-speed centrifugation and washing precipitation method, and the activity of the enzyme was measured by using the unique inhibitor of ouabain as enzyme. The results showed that the activity of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in erythrocyte membrane of Chuanxiong treated group and Chuanxiong group without essential hypertension was not significantly different, but compared with healthy control group, Significantly lower.
