冠心病易发生室性异位搏动。我院于1991年以来应用利多卡因与硝酸甘油(NTG)联合静滴治疗室性异位搏动64例,获得满意疗效,报道如下。 1 一般资料 64例均为住院患者,男38例,女26例,年龄28～85岁,平均55.3岁。冠心病51例(其中急性心肌梗塞18例),心肌炎7例,不明原因6例。频发室性早搏(简称室早)48例,偶发15例,室早呈RONT现象1例。 本组病例首次治疗前未用洋地黄类药物,入院后查血生化正常者47例,血K~+<3.5mmol/L10例,CO_2CP<17.0mmol/L7例。纠正低血K~+及酸中毒后
Coronary heart disease prone to ventricular ectopic beats. In our hospital since 1991, lidocaine and nitroglycerin (NTG) combined intravenous drip treatment of ventricular ectopic beats in 64 cases, to obtain satisfactory results, reported as follows. 1 General Information 64 cases were hospitalized patients, 38 males and 26 females, aged 28 to 85 years, mean 55.3 years. 51 cases of coronary heart disease (including 18 cases of acute myocardial infarction), myocarditis in 7 cases, 6 cases of unknown cause. Frequent ventricular premature beats (referred to as early as 48 cases), sporadic 15 cases, room was early RONT phenomenon in 1 case. In this group of patients, no digitalis was used before the first treatment, and 47 patients with normal blood biochemistry were admitted after admission. There were 10 cases of K + <3.5mmol / L and 7 cases of CO_2CP <17.0mmol / L. Correct low blood K + and acidosis
