目的分析2015年蚌埠市麻疹疑似病例实验室检测结果,了解麻疹流行状况。方法采集2015年共784份疑似麻疹病例血清标本,采用酶联免疫捕获法检测血清标本中麻疹Ig M抗体,采用荧光定量PCR法检测咽拭子标本中麻疹病毒核酸。结果检测血清标本784份,麻疹Ig M抗体阳性261份,阳性检出率为33.29%;检测咽拭子标本128份,麻疹病毒核酸阳性67份,阳性检出率为52.34%。结论血清学检测和核酸检测互为补充,结合运用能够提高麻疹病原学诊断的检出率。
Objective To analyze the laboratory results of suspected cases of measles in Bengbu City in 2015 to understand the epidemic situation of measles. Methods A total of 784 cases of suspected measles cases were collected in 2015, and IgM antibodies against measles in serum samples were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Measles virus RNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results There were 784 serum samples and 261 positive IgM antibodies. The positive detection rate was 33.29%. 128 samples of throat swabs and 67 positive samples of measles virus were detected. The positive rate was 52.34%. Conclusion Serological tests and nucleic acid tests complement each other, combined with the use of measles etiology can improve the detection rate.
