对目前生物有机酸的来源及其测试分析方法研究现状进行了评述目前已知的生物有机酸的来源有植物生长过程中的直接释放、有机物质的燃烧、机动车辆燃油的尾气排放、稀烃等不饱和有机物的大气氧化、人类生产和生活对大气环境的污染以及甲酸蚁社会活动过程中的释放等等.有机酸来源的一个判别指标是甲酸/乙酸比值的大小.与人类活动有关的来源中,甲酸/乙酸比值<1,而自然源的两者比值>1.要准确地测定降水中生物有机酸的含量必须考虑有机酸的易挥发、易污染及低含量等特性不同样品中生物有机酸的定量测定虽然原理相同,但由于其离子组成的差异.因而出现了针对不同样品的测试分析方法目前较好的有机酸测试分析方法可使其分析误差降低到3%~5%左右.
The current research status of bio-organic acids and their test methods are reviewed. The sources of bio-organic acids currently known are the direct release during the growth of plants, the combustion of organic materials, the exhaust emission of motor vehicle fuels, Atmospheric oxidation of unsaturated organic matter, pollution of atmospheric environment by human production and life, and release of formic acid ant social activities. A discriminant indicator of organic acid is the size of formic acid / acetic acid ratio. Of the sources related to human activities, the ratio of formic acid / acetic acid is <1, while the ratio of natural sources is> 1. To accurately determine the content of organic acids in precipitation, organic acids must be considered volatile, easily contaminated and low content and other characteristics of different samples of bio-organic acids quantitative determination of the same principle, but due to differences in their ion composition. As a result, different methods for testing and analysis of different samples have been developed to better reduce the analysis error to about 3% to 5%.
