This article reports a simple gas-liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of four drugs, phenobarbital, phenytoin, phentolamine and carbamazepine, in 30 minutes. The above drugs were separated from serum or plasma using a nozzle column (Har-len Associates, Model 1003). The internal standard solution was chloroform solution (3 mg / ml) of 5- (p-tolyl) -5-phenylhydantoin (MPPH).
