为提高数字参考咨询知识服务能力,提出一个数字参考咨询知识融合框架。首先对参考咨询问题进行定义和描述,利用领域本体映射技术建立参考咨询问题空间;接着依据问题空间在假设管理基础上对知识本体库进行抽取、清洗和匹配,得到元知识集;然后对元知识集进行知识融合,获取解空间,最后建立能够实现数字参考咨询知识融合的功能框架,以期对解决异构数据的结构异构性、语义矛盾性等问题提供一定的参考。
To improve the ability of digital reference service, a digital reference service knowledge fusion framework is proposed. Firstly, the definition and description of the reference problem are defined, and then the reference problem space is established by using the domain ontology mapping technique. Secondly, the knowledge base is extracted, cleaned and matched based on the hypothesis management in the problem space to obtain the meta-knowledge set. Secondly, Set up a knowledge fusion, access to the solution space, and finally establish a functional framework that enables digital reference consulting knowledge fusion, with a view to provide some reference to solve the structural heterogeneity, semantic inconsistency and other issues of heterogeneous data.
