新生儿红细胞酶及媒介物与正常成人血液或含丰富网状红细胞血液进行过多次比较,但对于胎儿成熟及/或子宫内生长发育质量和红细胞酶活性间相互关系的研究却很少。本文对3组新生儿脐血红细胞酶进行研究。材料和方法从62例单胎新生活婴娩出钳住脐带后,即取脐血做为研究的标本。其中23例属于足月适于胎龄儿(TAGA),19例为足月低于胎龄儿(TSGA),20例为早产适于胎龄儿(PTAGA)。临床和实验室表现出先天感染,严重畸形,出生24小时内出现黄疸和围产期窒息的婴儿,以及母亲患有糖病尿的婴儿不包括在本研究中。
Neonatal erythrocytes and media have been compared with normal adult blood or with abundant reticulocyte blood for many times, but few studies have examined the relationship between fetal maturation and / or intrauterine growth and development and erythrocyte enzyme activity. In this paper, three groups of neonatal umbilical cord blood erythrocyte enzymes were studied. Materials and Methods Umbilical cord blood samples were obtained from the 62 singletonic newborn infants who had clinched the umbilical cord. Twenty-three of them were eligible for full-term gestational age (TAGA), 19 were term full-term, less than gestational age (TSGA), and 20 were preterm preterm gestational age (PTAGA). Clinical and laboratory evidence of innate infections, severe deformities, babies with jaundice and perinatal asphyxia within 24 hours of birth, and infants with maternal diabetes with sugar-free urine are not included in this study.
