本文选取初级(下)汉语阅读课两名专家教师和两名新手教师各100分钟的课堂讲评口语语料,从流利性、互动性、复杂度三个方面进行语言的对比分析。结果显示,在流利性方面,新手教师的平均语速比专家教师快,平均语流长度比专家教师长,填充停顿数量是专家教师的2.1倍;在互动性方面,新手教师与学生的互动次数少,话轮数低;在字词复杂度方面,尽管新手教师比专家教师使用了更多的初级词汇,但其超纲字词也更多,动词、形容词、代词使用频次上与专家教师存在显著差异,生词重现率不到30%。句法复杂度上,新手教师T单位平均长度比专家教师长,疑问句中的留白问数量、复句总数、承接复句数量与专家教师差异显著。鉴于新手教师存在的这些问题,笔者提出了相应的教学建议。本研究为新手教师快速成长为专家教师提供了借鉴,也为对外汉语教师培训提供了参考。
In this paper, two expert teachers and two novice teachers of primary (second) Chinese reading class are selected to review the oral corpus for 100 minutes respectively, and the comparative analysis of language is made from the three aspects of fluentness, interactivity and complexity. The results show that novice teachers have a faster average speed than expert teachers in terms of fluency, average length of language flow is longer than expert teachers, and the number of pause filled teachers is 2.1 times that of expert teachers. In terms of interactivity, novice teachers interact with students In terms of word complexity, although novice teachers use more primary words than expert teachers, they also have more superficial words and more verbs, adjectives and pronouns, and the presence of expert teachers Significant difference, the word reproduction rate of less than 30%. Syntactic complexity, the average length of novice teachers T units longer than the teachers, questions in the number of questions asked, the total number of complex sentences, the number of complex sentences to undertake and the difference between expert teachers. In view of these problems that novice teacher exist, I put forward the corresponding teaching suggestion. This study provides a reference for novice teachers to rapidly grow into expert teachers, and also provides a reference for the training of TCFL teachers.
