伴随着我国的人口老龄化程度逐渐加剧,人们的视角也逐渐转向了老年人的晚年生活,而职工养老保险作为当今保障城镇职工退休之后安享晚年的一个基本保障,也越来越受到了社会各界的关注,但由于我国养老保险制度的不完善,产生了老年人无法安享晚年的众多隐患,对我国建设和谐社会也构成了一定的负面影响,因而健全而完善的养老保险体制的建设,势在必行。本文正是丛我国职工养老保险的问题入手试图找到解决问题的方法与途径。
