何为法治思维?相对于人治思维和权力思维而言,法治思维是指在法律意识和法治理念的基础上,运用法律原则、法律思维、法律途径去发现问题、看待问题、思考问题和解决问题。法治方式是建立在法治思维之上的,由法治思维孕育而生的一种处事方式即有关部门通过制定执行相应的法律法规或规章制度,依照法律基础上的制度、机制及程序等协调利益关系,解决冲突矛盾,运用法律赋予的权力来保护广大人民群众的生命安全和财产安全,促进社会和谐稳定发展。本文从法治思维和法治方式重要性出发,分析了提高法治思维和法治方式所要解决的现实问题并提出了几点建议。
