煤矿离退休职工曾经为企业建设发展做出了重要贡献,是企业重要的资源和最可宝贵的财富。做好煤矿离退休职工管理工作对于离退休人员安享幸福晚年,促进社会主义和谐社会建设,让老年人继续发挥余热具有十分重要的意义。本文结合实践经验,就新时期如何做好离退休职工管理工作谈谈自己的见解。
Retired workers in coal mines have made important contributions to the construction and development of enterprises and are an important resource and the most valuable asset for enterprises. Doing a good job in management of retired staff in coal mines is of great significance to the retired staffs enjoying happy old age and promoting the building of a harmonious socialist society so that the elderly can continue to exert their residual heat. This article, combined with practical experience, talks about how to do the work of retired staff management in the new era.
