截至2011年上半年,吉林省舒兰市机械化插秧面积已经达到15 000 hm~2,占水稻种植面积的25.8%,增产幅度达到8.5%,提高产量750 kg/hm~2。但是,在推广中发现,部分秧田机械插秧过程中存在很多问题,一是缓苗慢,比手插秧缓苗晚3~6天;二是有涡根、伤苗,甚至有断苗现象;三是插秧后的秧苗株数差别大,甚至有缺苗段条现象;四是插秧机在使用过程中调整不正确导致插秧机无法正常作业。针对出现的这些问题,笔者进行了具体分析,总结积累了一些简单、易行的解决办法,有效解决了上述出现的各种问题。
