南昌大学经过一年多的努力,开发成功由磷石膏制取硫酸钾新工艺,并通过了江西省科委组织的技术鉴定。该工艺是采用两步法,通过添加有机溶剂,使硫酸钾收率达85%,质量达到一级品标准。副产的氯化钾铵和碳酸钙可以作为肥料和生产水泥的原料。由于该工艺采用了多釜串联连续反应装置,可提高设备的生产强度,工艺操作条件和产品质量稳
After more than one year’s efforts, Nanchang University successfully developed a new process for producing potassium sulfate from phosphogypsum, and passed the technical appraisal organized by Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Commission. The process is a two-step process. By adding organic solvents, the yield of potassium sulfate reaches 85%, and the quality reaches the first-grade product standard. By-product ammonium chloride and calcium carbonate can be used as fertilizers and raw materials for cement production. As the process uses a multi-tank serial continuous reaction device, the production strength of the equipment can be improved, and the process operating conditions and product quality are stable.
