“Efficient ergonomics” has many advantages. First, it enables the growth of consumer funds to be incorporated into the effective control of economic laws, preventing inflation of consumer funds and ensuring that the growth rate of social consumer funds does not exceed the growth rate of the national income that can be allocated. Second, it increases the average wages and bonuses of employees not to exceed the growth rate of labor productivity, thus forming a self-discipline mechanism for enterprises, which helps prevent short-term behaviors and unhealthy practices of enterprises. Thirdly, it has increased the pressure and motivation of enterprises, effectively mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and made more contributions to the country. Fourth, the company has the right to pay internal wages without breaking through the total amount of wages it extracts.
