中国的商业地产从2008年以后开始快速增长,2010~2013年四年间全国商业地产开发投资平均增速高达30.06%。2014~2015年,中国的商业地产市场开始逐渐降温并步入理性回调的阶段。各个城市由于资源要素、产业结构和调控政策的不同,在商业地产的发展规模和效益上也各有不同。笔者从五个国家级城市群(环渤海城市群、长三角城市群、珠三角城市群、长江中游城市群和成渝城市群)中选择十个
China’s commercial real estate has experienced rapid growth since 2008, with an average growth rate of 30.06% in investment in commercial real estate development in China in the four years from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2015, China’s commercial real estate market began to gradually cool down and entered the stage of a rational callback. Due to the different resource elements, industrial structure and control policies, each city also has its own difference in the scale and effectiveness of commercial real estate development. The author chooses ten from five national urban agglomerations (Bohai Rim Metropolitan, Yangtze River Delta Metropolis, Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration, urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and Chengdu-Chongqing Metropolitan Area)
