我局地处黑龙江和松花江两江汇合的三角地带,加之中、小河流较多,为保护耕地和荒原,近几年狠抓了堤防工程的建设和改造。全管局现有堤防570千米,保护耕地186万亩,为总耕地面积的44.3%;保护人口16.9万,为总人口的76.8%。到1987年底,达到标准堤防工程的已有374.9千米,占堤防总长度的65.8%。现就堤防工程的规划、设计、施工和管理谈些粗浅意见。
Our bureau is located in the delta of Heilongjiang and Songhuajiang rivers, together with small rivers, for the protection of arable land and wasteland, in recent years pay close attention to the dike construction and renovation. The existing embankment of the Authority 570 km, 1.86 million mu of protected farmland, 44.3% of the total arable land; protection of 169,000 population, accounting for 76.8% of the total population. By the end of 1987, a total of 374.9 kilometers had been reached in the standard embankment project, accounting for 65.8% of the total embankment length. Now on the embankment project planning, design, construction and management talk about some superficial opinions.
