病例 男,34岁,1991年10月8日因双眼进行性夜盲、视野缩小、视力下降10年收入院治疗。询问病史,1990年10月份因右眼视力下降明显,在西医院诊断为视网膜色素变性并右眼孔源性视网膜脱离而行手术治疗,术后视网膜复位而出院。远视力右0.15,左0.6;近视力右0.4,左0.7。双外眼检查无异常发现。扩瞳查眼底:双眼晶体后囊混浊,视乳头色腊黄,边界清楚,视网膜动静脉变细,尤以动脉变细明显,近赤道部有点、条状黑色素沉着,右眼黄斑颞上象限视网膜呈灰白色轻度隆起,未见裂洞。检查周边视野:不规则,中央约10度。色觉检查:三色盲。ERG:b波消失。B型超声于右眼球后壁前4mm处可见一漂浮光带回声。印象为右眼视网膜脱
