在大倾角、急斜煤层真倾斜或伪倾斜布置走向长壁综合机械化开采工作面,架间挡矸装置是防止顺工作面煤、矸飞窜伤人和毁坏设备的重要保证。通过大量的调查研究和方案比较,研制了带金属网的四门组合的轻型架间挡矸装置。该装置采用滚珠式滑动系统、对称式设计和变化门框尺寸,增大了对煤层倾角变化和采高变化的适应性,能满足工作面推进方向换向需求。数值模拟结果表明:该装置能满足一般煤(矸)防护的强度要求;导轨、滑轮和限位轨构成的滑动系统的灵活度高,利用手动控制拉门的关闭,避免了原有架间挡矸装置靠液压控制可能失效的问题;挂门、拉门采用带金属网的框架结构,减小了工作面的局部通风阻力,有利于保持工作面通风的平稳性。现场试验表明,相对于原有平板式架间挡矸装置而言,轻型架间挡矸装置重量减轻约2/3,且运输、安装和维修方便。
