随着我国社会经济的发展和社会经济制度的改革,我国的民营企业获得了长足的发展,迎来了大好的发展时机。随着我国经济体制的深化改革,民营企业的发展空间和领域也越来越宽阔。但是,在我们看到民营企业发展良好态势的情况下,也要看到目前我国民营企业发展存在的问题,比如内控管理和财务管理问题,其中财务管理问题较为突出,如果不能有效的解决民营企业的财务管理问题,就很难优化企业管理,提升民营企业的核心竞争力。本文中,笔者首先探究了我国民营企业财务管理存在的问题,其次针对存在的问题探究了一些优化财务管理的策略,希望能对民营企业的发展起到一定的促进作用。

However, when we see the good momentum of the development of private enterprises, we must also see the problems existing in the development of private enterprises in our country, such as internal control and financial management. Among them, the financial management problems are more prominent. If we can not effectively solve the problems of private enterprises Of the financial management issues, it is difficult to optimize business management, enhance the core competitiveness of private enterprises. In this paper, the author first explores the problems existing in the financial management of private enterprises in our country, and secondly, it explores some strategies to optimize financial management in light of the existing problems, hoping to promote the development of private enterprises.
