由于T23钢抗拉强度在550℃时达到87MPa,超临界机组再热器及屏式过热器管件经常用T23钢代替T91钢,但是T23钢δ较高,所以管件一般需进行强力对口,焊口应力集中倾向严重,若施工时采用的工艺不当,可能在s焊后热处理时造成焊趾处开裂。为使T23焊口工艺性能优良,施工中及运行时不再发生开裂现象,本文对T23钢性能及焊接工艺进行了分析与研究,提出合理的过程控制措施,以避免电力建设工程发生类似质量事故。
