本文首次报道,只有79%的正常人的血小板能被PL_(2-49)(一种活化血小板的单克隆抗体)诱导聚集。而且只有这些能被PL_(2-49)诱导聚集的血小板,才能被肝素诱导的血小板减少症患者血浆中肝素依赖的抗血小板抗体诱导聚集。上述结果提示,选用能被PL_(2-49)诱导聚集的正常人血小板做实验可提高肝素诱导的血小板减少症诊断试验的敏感性,有助于对该急症的及时抢救。
This is the first report that only 79% of normal human platelets can be induced to accumulate by PL_ (2-49), a platelet-activating monoclonal antibody. And only these platelets that can be induced by PL_ (2-49) can be induced to aggregate by heparin-dependent anti-platelet antibodies in the heparin-induced thrombocytopenic patients. The above results suggest that the use of PL_ (2-49) -induced aggregation of normal human platelets to do experiments can improve the sensitivity of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia diagnostic test, to help prompt rescue of the emergency.
