目的:对黄连、黄芩、附子、干姜、山药、甘草六味中药的四气属性进行研究。方法:用氧弹式热量计对中药浸膏、灌喂相应浸膏后及再给平性标准物后的大鼠二便代谢物进行生物热焓的测定,按已建立的中药四气数学模型进行计算与判别。结果:黄连、黄芩、附子、干姜、山药、甘草组生物热焓分别为(3006.03±180.24)J/g、(1592.42±361.72)J/g、-(433.10±57.64)J/g、-(665.72±177.63)J/g、-(18.40±44.80)J/g、(29.56±49.31)J/g。根据热力学第一定律,黄连、黄芩的生物效应生物热焓大于零,向环境吸热,体现寒性生物效应,为寒性药物;而附子、干姜反之,为热性药物;山药、甘草的生物热焓接近于零,可视为平性药物。结论:传统的中药四气属性可用所创中药四气数学模型进行判别。
OBJECTIVE: To study the four gas properties of traditional Chinese medicine of berberine, skullcap, aconite, ginger, yam and licorice. CONCLUSION: The traditional four-gas properties of traditional Chinese medicine can be discriminated by using the mathematical model of the four gas created by traditional Chinese medicine.
