改革开放以来我国经济发展迅速,经济形势也发生了巨大的变化,相应的岗位用人要求也在经济市场实际情况和新形势的改变下不断发展改变。为了有效适应当前的岗位用人需求,高等院校应当以企业用人需求为核心,充分考虑相关专业的特点,对在校学生进行高效、针对性强的教育,进而为社会输送高质量的人才。《市场调查与预测》是高等院校工商管理与市场营销等专业中的重要主干课程,对于学生专业能力的培养和素质的提升具有重要意义。高等院校在《市场调查与预测》课程教学中应当充分贯彻能力培养的目标,通过对该门课程的科学改革,让学生在该课程的学习中有效的获得相应能力的提升。
Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has been developing rapidly and the economic situation has undergone tremendous changes. The corresponding employment requirements of employers have also been continually evolving under the realities of the economic market and changes in the new situation. In order to effectively adapt to the current employment needs of employers, colleges and universities should take the needs of enterprises as the core, give full consideration to the characteristics of the relevant professions, to carry out efficient and targeted education for students in schools, and then for the community to send high-quality personnel. “Market research and forecasting” is an important main course in business administration and marketing of colleges and universities, which is of great significance to the cultivation of students’ professional abilities and the improvement of their qualities. Colleges and universities should fully implement the goal of capacity-building in the course of market research and forecasting. Through the scientific reform of this course, students can effectively gain the corresponding ability in the course of study.
