限制能量摄入对小鼠的生长、发育和耐力的影响

本文报告了以我国昆明种小鼠为对象,研究限制能量摄入对动物生长、发育和耐力影响的有关结果。72只断奶雄性小鼠随机分为三组:Ⅰ组,自由摄食组;Ⅱ组,能量摄入为Ⅰ组的80%;Ⅲ组,能量摄入为Ⅰ组的65%。各组动物摄入的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和无机盐均相等。经42天限食后发现:1)限食第1周,Ⅰ组动物生长正常,体重增加;Ⅱ组动物生长停滞;Ⅲ组动物体重下降。可见限食初期,被限食动物生长发育受影响,限食越苛,影响越大;2)经过一周的调整期后,动物体重开始增长。在此后的5周内,Ⅱ组动物每周平均增重2.44±0.52g,与Ⅰ组(每周增重2.32±0.67g)比较无显著差异(P>0.2),但略高于Ⅰ组。Ⅲ组动物体重增加缓慢,平均每周增重1.24±0.38g,与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组比较,P<0.001;3)各组动物身长、尾长和脏器发育等情况和上述体重变化情况基本一致;4)各组动物在缺氧条件下的生存时间有差异,其差异主要由体重差异所造成。游泳时间相差较大,但P>0.05,需待进一步研究;5)各组动物的心、肝中过氧化脂质无显著差异(P>0.05),说明在本研究中,限食未能影响体内自由基的产生或清除能力。 This article reports on Kunming mice in China as the object to study the effects of limiting energy intake on animal growth, development and endurance. Seventy-two weaned male mice were randomly divided into three groups: group I, fed on a diet free basis; group II, energy intake of 80% of group I; and group III, energy intake of 65% of group I. Each group of animals intake of protein, fat, vitamins and inorganic salts are equal. After 42 days of food restriction, it was found: 1) In the first week of food restriction, the animals in Group I grew normally and gained weight; the animals in Group II stopped their growth; and the animals in Group III lost weight. Visible early feeding limit, restricted food animals affected the growth and development, limited food more harsh, the greater the impact; 2) after a week of adjustment period, the weight of animals began to grow. In the next 5 weeks, the average weight gain of group Ⅱ was 2.44 ± 0.52g per week, which was not significantly different from that of group Ⅰ (2.32 ± 0.67g per week) (P> 0.2), but slightly higher than that of group Ⅰ. The body weight of group Ⅲ increased slowly with an average weight gain of 1.24 ± 0.38g per week, which was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P <0.001). 3) The body length, tail length, There were differences in the survival time of animals in hypoxia, the difference mainly caused by the differences in body weight. There was no significant difference in lipid peroxidation between the groups of animals (P> 0.05), indicating that in this study, the limited feeding failed to affect The body’s ability to produce or remove free radicals.
