本刊通讯员毕伟孙高康报道为及时有效地处置职工群体性事件,保障职工群众的合法权益,维护职工队伍和社会稳定,促进经济社会又好又快发展,安徽马鞍山市总工会制定出台了《处置职工群体性事件应急预案(试行)》。《预案》分指导思想、工作原则、适用范围、事件分级、组织体系及工作职责,应急联动机制、预警及信息机制、应急响应、责任与惩罚九个部分。《预案》按照性质、严重程度、可控性和影响范围,将职工群体事件分为四级,规定了相应的应急响应机制和具地方工运动态
Our correspondent Bi Wei Sun Gaokang reported that in order to promptly and effectively handle the mass incidents of workers and staff, safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the workers and the masses, safeguard the workforce and social stability, and promote the sound and fast economic and social development, the Ma On Shan Federation of Trade Unions promulgated the “Disposal Employee mass incidents contingency plans (Trial) ”. The “plan” is divided into nine parts: guiding ideology, working principle, scope of application, incident classification, organizational system and job responsibilities, emergency linkage mechanism, early warning and information mechanism, emergency response, responsibility and punishment. According to the nature, severity, controllability and scope of influence, the “plan” divides the employees ’groups into four levels, stipulates the corresponding emergency response mechanism and local workers’ movement mode
