钢铁生产过程作为一个集高温、离散以及连续混合等为一体的物理化学过程,多因素、多工位、非线性、多工序以及强祸合是其典型特点。而高能耗则是其生产中面临的最主要问题,因而开展节能工作不仅是节约钢铁生产成本的有力保证,也是实现钢铁低碳加工的重要步骤。在钢铁的生产进程中,生产调度优化后能够有效降低能耗,提升钢铁产品的质量,加速生产。同时通过在线检测可及时发现问题并排除,避免浪费的发生。本文从钢铁生产中产生的能耗特点以及影响因素出发,探索出一些调度优化策略,以期降低能耗,节约成本。
Steel production process As a physical and chemical process that combines high temperature, dispersion and continuous mixing, it is a typical feature of multi-factor, multi-station, nonlinear, multi-process and strong combination. However, high energy consumption is the most important issue in its production. Therefore, carrying out energy-saving work is not only a potent guarantee for saving the cost of steel production, but also an important step for realizing low-carbon steel processing. In the process of steel production, optimized production scheduling can effectively reduce energy consumption, improve the quality of steel products and speed up production. At the same time through online testing can detect problems and eliminate, to avoid the occurrence of waste. Based on the characteristics of energy consumption in steel production and its influencing factors, this paper explores some scheduling optimization strategies in order to reduce energy consumption and save costs.
