目的 分析老年高血压护理中实施临床护理路径对收缩压及舒张压的影响.方法 随机选取我院收治的78例老年高血压患者根据就诊顺序分成对照组和观察组各39例,两组分别采用常规护理、临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果.结果 同对照组比较,观察组患者护理后的负面情绪以及临床症状均得到显著改善,护理治疗依从性、血压水平及患者对护理的满意程度均显著提升,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05).结论 临床护理路径能够有效改善老年高血压患者不良心理状态,增强患者的依从性,有效改善患者的血压水平.
