采用实验室光照培养箱培养方法,测定产酶溶杆菌(Lysobacter enzymogenes)C3发酵液对大豆种子萌发、幼苗早期生长和幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响.结果表明:不同稀释倍数的产酶溶杆菌C3发酵液对大豆种苗生长影响不同,当用稀释10倍C3发酵液处理大豆种子时,大豆种子的萌发率、幼苗主根和幼芽长度均达到最低值,表现出低稀释倍数抑制,当C3发酵液稀释150倍时,大豆种子的萌发率、幼苗主根和幼芽长度均达到最高值,表现出高稀释倍数促进的作用.大豆幼苗体内的SOD和POD活性在C3发酵液被稀释10倍时最低,稀释50至150倍时,活性逐渐增大,但C3发酵液稀释200倍时,SOD和POD活性降低,但仍然高于对照(CK).初步证实产酶溶杆菌C3发酵液中含有能够促进大豆种子萌发、幼苗生长及提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的物质.
The growth of soybean seeds, the growth of seedlings and the activity of superoxidate dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) in seedlings of soybean seedlings were determined by using laboratory light incubator culture method in the presence of Lysobacter enzymogenes C3 fermentation broth .The results showed that different dilutions of Bacillus licheniformis C3 fermented broth had different effects on the growth of soybean seedlings.The germination rate of soybean seed and the length of young shoots Reached the lowest value, showed a low dilution factor inhibition when the C3 fermentation broth diluted 150 times, the germination rate of soybean seedlings, seedlings and shoot length reached the highest value, showing a high dilution factor to promote the role of soybean seedlings in vivo The activities of SOD and POD were the lowest when the fermentation broth of C3 was diluted by 10 times, and the activities increased when the fermentation broth was diluted by 50 times to 150 times. However, the activities of SOD and POD were decreased when the C3 broth was diluted 200 times, It was preliminarily confirmed that the fermentation broth of Bacillus licheniformis C3 contained substances which could promote the germination of soybean seeds, the growth of seedlings and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD).
