以Ｃｒ２Ｏ３为指示剂，采用间接测定法测定了０～４月龄稚鳖对所研制的３种稚鳖配合饲料中３种主要营养物质的消化率，并对３种稚鳖料及其主要营养物质的消化率进行了比较。结果表明：０～４月齿稚鳖对３种配合饲料中蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的消化率平均值分别为：８６．６１％，８０．７４％，６４．９４％。１号料消化率最低，营养价值最低，而３号料消化率最大，营养价值最高。３号料最利于稚鳖消化和吸收，最适于甲鱼的生长。
The digestibility of three main nutritive substances of three kinds of juvenile soft-shelled turtle fed with Cr2O3 as indicator was determined by indirect method. The effects of three kinds of juvenile soft-shelled turtle and its main nutrients The digestibility was compared. The results showed that the average digestibility of protein, fat and carbohydrate in three kinds of compound diets from January to April were respectively 86.61%, 80.74% and 64.94%. Material No. 1 had the lowest digestibility and the lowest nutritional value, while Material No.3 had the highest digestibility and the highest nutritional value. No. 3 is the most favorable material for juvenile turtle digestion and absorption, the most suitable for the growth of turtle.
