文章从三个方面入手对西藏实行双语教育的策略进行探讨,包括:明确双语教育概念,形成统一认识;加强双语教学研究,重构双语教学;加快双语体系改革,完善双语教育体系。
The article discusses the strategies of implementing bilingual education in Tibet from three aspects, including: clarifying the concept of bilingual education and forming a unified understanding; strengthening bilingual teaching and research to reconstruct bilingual teaching; accelerating the reform of bilingual system and improving bilingual education system.
