本文涉及了两轴转向架机车横向振动振型分析的完整解析。主要目的是为了对横向振动的各个基本振型、它的不稳定特征以及参数对各基本振型临界速度的影响给以较清晰的物理描述。利用了一个17个自由度的数学模型。并用二步QR算法对微分运动方程作了数值的求解。编制了一个带有规格化特征向量子程序的计算程序。我们利用振型分析法对数值结果作了分析。结论之一是,对于两轴转向架机车其横向振动的基本振型可以归纳为8个振型,这8个中只有5个是不稳定的。此外,这5个不稳定振型的不稳定性又可以分为可恢复型和不可恢复型两种。我们为参数研究所规定的任务不同于以前已发表过的类似研究,是要熟悉参数对5种不稳定基本振型的影响。本文给出了21个参数的影响,同时在分析的基础上,也给出了各个参数最优化的说明,以便分别照顾到5种不稳定性振型的不稳定性。全部资料是以在实际中可以应用的形式提出的。
This paper deals with the complete analysis of the analysis of vibration modes of transverse vibration of two-axle bogie locomotive. The main objective is to give a clearer physical description of the fundamental vibrational modes of the transverse vibration, its unstable characteristics and the influence of the parameters on the critical velocities of the fundamental modes. A mathematical model of 17 degrees of freedom is used. The two-step QR algorithm is used to solve the differential equation of motion. A computational program with a normalized feature vector subroutine is made. We use the modal analysis of the numerical results were analyzed. One of the conclusions is that the basic vibration modes of a two-axle bogie can be summarized as eight vibration modes, of which only five are unstable. In addition, the instabilities of these five unstable modes can be classified into recoverable type and non-recoverable type. The tasks we define for the Parametric Institute differ from the similar studies previously published in that we are familiar with the effects of the parameters on the five unstable fundamental modes. In this paper, the influence of 21 parameters is given. At the same time, based on the analysis, the optimization of each parameter is given, so as to take care of the instabilities of the five kinds of unstable modes respectively. All information is put forward in the form of practical application.
