文章通过对某桥采用预制节段箱梁逐孔拼装施工过程分析,就其底板产生的裂缝进行了研究,结果表明,裂缝是由连接节段箱梁的临时预应力在张拉过程中引起底板的过大变形所致。并对临时预应力的张拉顺序、底板厚度和临时预应力锚固位置等影响进行了参数分析,发现主梁截面的结构性能主要受底板厚度和临时预应力锚固位置的影响,而不是临时预应力的张拉顺序。基于以上结论,文章建议了一种可以防止施工裂缝产生的施工方法。
In this paper, through the analysis of the construction process of prefabricated section box girder by hole assembly in a certain bridge, the cracks produced in the bottom plate are studied. The results show that the crack is caused by the temporary prestress connecting the box girder, Due to the excessive deformation. The parameters of the prestressing tension sequence, the floor thickness and the location of the temporary prestressed anchorage are analyzed. The results show that the structural performance of the main girder section is mainly affected by the floor thickness and the location of the temporary prestressed anchorage, not the temporary prestress Tension order. Based on the above conclusions, the article suggests a construction method that can prevent construction cracks.
