研究了以聚乙烯醇（ＰＶＡ）凝胶为载体，用包埋法固定化简单节杆菌（ＡｒｔｈｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒＳｉｍｐｌｅｘ）Ｂｙ－２－１３的制备条件及固定化菌的酶的一般性质．固定化菌的最大酶活力收率可达１００％，其ｐＨ稳定性及储存稳定性均高于游离菌．固定化菌经六次重复使用，酶活力仍不低于原始活力．
The preparation conditions of immobilized Arthrobacter Simplex By-2-13 by immobilized polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gel and the general properties of immobilized enzymes were studied. Immobilized bacteria maximum yield of 100% yield of enzyme activity, the pH stability and storage stability were higher than the free bacteria. Immobilized bacteria after six repeated use, enzyme activity is still not lower than the original activity.
