Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Chinese Society of Cell Biology (hereinafter referred to as the Society) is an academic mass organization voluntarily joined by cell-biology workers under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party. Is a link between the Party and cell biology workers; is an integral part of China Association for Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as CAST).
