我国自行设计研制的、太原重型机器厂生产的10米~3挖掘机和湘潭电机厂生产的108吨电动轮自卸车,在首钢矿山公司水厂铁矿完成了工业性试验,国务院、国家经委和国家机械委共同主持于1987年9月27日通过了国家鉴定。参加会议的有国家经委副主任林宗棠,机械委总工程师陆燕荪,国务院重大办副主任杨靖华等领导同志,还有各部、委、科研设计单位、大专院校、厂矿的专家及代表共100多人。会上,国家经委林宗棠副主任作了“自力更生为主,积极引进技术,为夺取大型露天矿设备
The self-designed and developed 10m~3 excavators manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Factory and the 108ton electric wheel dump trucks produced by Xiangtan Motor Factory have completed industrial tests in the Shuichang Iron Mine of Shougang Mining Company. The State Council, the State Economic Commission and The National Machinery Commission co-hosted the national appraisal on September 27, 1987. Present at the conference are Lin Zongkai, deputy director of the State Economic Commission, Lu Yanyi, Chief Engineer of the Committee of Machinery, Yang Jinghua, deputy director of the State Council’s major office, and more than 100 experts and representatives from ministries, commissions, research and design institutes, universities, and factories and mines. At the meeting, deputy director of the State Economic Commissioner Lin Zongxi made "self-reliance, actively introducing technology, and seizing large-scale open-pit mine equipment.
