2005年9月,珠海市人民政府第16次常务会议讨论通过了《珠海市农民和被征地农民养老保险过渡办法》,标志着该市农民和被征地农民养老保险制度正式建立,该办法先后受到了部、省及省劳动保障厅有关领导的高度评价。从去年11月开始,全市19个村(股份合作公司)相继启动农保试点工作,目前已取得了阶段性成效。
In September 2005, Zhuhai Municipal People’s Government held its 16th executive meeting to discuss and adopt the “Measures for the Transition of Endowment Insurance for Peasants and Lianshan Peasants in Zhuhai Municipality”, marking the formal establishment of the pension insurance system for peasants and land-expropriated peasants in that city. This approach has been followed Ministry, Department of Labor and Social Security Provincial Department of the relevant leaders spoke highly of. Since November last year, 19 villages (joint-stock cooperative companies) in the city have started pilot work on agricultural insurance in succession and have achieved staged results so far.
