The influencing factors of sunlight on skin aging were summarized.Sunlight for skin aging is not only because of ultraviolet rays,physiological mechanisms of skin premature aging induced by infrared rays and visible light is also gradually clear.This paper elaborated the activation and other complicated photoaging ways of the mitochondria,free radicals,aryl hydrocarbon receptors(AhR) and activation of thermo receptors in inflammatory injurys and membrane receptors during the biological effect and photochemical effect of light.Based on these,an universal sunlight protection strategy was proposed as upgrade of traditional sunscreens.
