目的了解濮阳市放射工作人员健康状况。方法对濮阳市752名放射工作人员职业健康检查结果进行整理分析。结果眼晶状体浑浊检出率为4.26%,工龄20~29年组、≥30年组晶状体浑浊检出率明显高于0~9年组、10~19年组(P<0.05);淋巴细胞微核率为1.18‰,工龄20~29年组的淋巴细胞微核率较其他三工龄组明显升高(P<0.05);放射组血象、甲状腺指标的异常检出率较对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员晶状体、淋巴细胞的影响存在蓄积效应,对血液系统、甲状腺功能的损伤效应不明显。
Objective To understand the health status of radiation workers in Puyang City. Methods The results of occupational health examination of 752 radiation workers in Puyang city were analyzed. Results The detection rate of ophthalmic lens opacity was 4.26%. The detection rate of lens opacity in 20 ~ 29 years old group and ≥30 years group was significantly higher than that in 0 ~ 9 years group and 10-19 years group (P <0.05). Lymphocyte micro The nuclear rate was 1.18 ‰, and the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes from 20 to 29 years of service was significantly higher than that of other three-age groups (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference in the detection rate of abnormalities of blood and thyroid indexes between the radiation group and the control group Significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation has a cumulative effect on the lens and lymphocyte of radiation workers, but has no obvious effect on the blood system and thyroid function.
