用大流量采样器在宣威肺癌高发区(燃煤)和低发区(燃柴)采集室内空气可吸入尘样品,用中国地鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)测试系统,测定了可吸入尘有机提取物的致突变活性。结果表明,无论使用和不使用肝匀浆S9体外活化系统的情况下,燃煤和燃柴区室内可吸入尘提取物均具有明显的致突变活性。
Indoor air samples were taken from high-concentration area (coal-burning area) and low-density area (wood-fired area) of Xuanwei with high-flow sampler. Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) system of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) , The mutagenic activity of inhalable dust organic extracts was determined. The results showed that indoor respirable dust extracts from coal-fired and wood-fuelwood areas all had obvious mutagenic activity with and without liver homogenate S9 in vitro activation system.
