创新意识的培养是每一个劳动者终身教育面临的课题。文章中把“现代远程教育”比喻为“学习超市”。电大应如何发挥“远程开放教育”的优势，在“创新”二字上巧做文章，强化电大的办学特色，在教学形式和教学内容上提出了个人的看法。
The cultivation of innovative awareness is a lifelong task facing every laborer. The article compares “modern distance education” to “learning a supermarket.” How TVU should give play to the advantages of “open and distance education” should make an effort to make a fuss about “innovation”, strengthen TVU ’s characteristics of running a school, and put forward personal opinions on teaching forms and contents.
