建国以来,我国音乐教育事业迅速发展,音乐教育科研有了长足的进步,体现素质教育思想和目标的各种教育模式也不断涌现,其中“和谐教育”是所有教育模式中有代表性的一种模式,它充分体现了以促进学生素质全面和谐发展的目标。笔者作为一名多年从事音乐教学的一线音乐教师,从传统的音乐教育中走出来,感受到了音乐教师在“和谐教育”模式中应具备的素质和该扮演的角色。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the cause of music education in our country has been developing rapidly. Music education and scientific research have made great strides. Various education modes embodying the ideology and objectives of quality education have also emerged continuously. Among them, “harmonious education” is the representative of all educational modes A model that fully reflects the goal of promoting the all-round and harmonious development of student quality. As a music teacher who has been engaged in music teaching for many years, the author came out from the traditional music education and felt the qualities and roles that music teachers should have in “harmonious education” mode.
